We have a rigorous screening process to assure that participating in our service meet high standards.
Prior to considering any application, all potential candidates need to provide us with
1) a current letter of good standing from each bar association that the candidate is currently a member,
2) a letter authorizing each bar association of which the candidate is a member to release all records, including disciplinary records, it maintains on the candidate to us,
3) a copy of a current drivers license,
4) a bank reference, and
5) a list of at least ten mesothelioma cases, including the court and file number, that have been filed on behalf of your clients in the last 24 months
Once we have received these items we will forward an Application. A personal interview, application fee and a background check by a licensed investigator will be required.
